Reserves and quality of health

By reserves and the quality of health, we mean a person’s vital resources and their ability to withstand extreme stresses, resist diseases, recover in the most favorable way for acute illness, go through chronic diseases with the least consequence, especially during periods of exacerbations.
The reserves and quality of health are determined, first of all, by the state of regulation, its power and quality, and degree of development. The technology of spectral analysis of HRV shows that only specific, adequate to human health, ratios of a fast, medium, and slow regulation, their favorable reactions to stress are the guarantee of health.
The identifiers of high reserves and quality of health are the total power of the HRV spectrum and its frequency structure in the physiological range of values according to gender, age, degree of physical development, natural circadian dynamics, adequate responses of the regulatory systems to any kind of stress.
