8. Regulation in human health
Music is one of the most active regulatory interventions. Fast rhythmic music accelerates the heart rate and respiration rate with a simultaneous increase in the HRV spectrum power in the high-frequency and mid-frequency links, and slow rhythmic music slows them down with a predominantly the power of the spectrum of HRV in the high-frequency branch.
The musical works of medium tempo have a particularly positive influence on the regulation, it does not matter whether classical or modern, however, if alternating with two-minute episodes of absolute silence (L. Bernardi).
Music is a powerful tool for influencing regulation, and it should use in all cases of its violations. With the HRV technology, it is possible to select and offer a patient the most appropriate for his health musical works that will enhance it and create a favorable basis for other, including purely medical interventions, such as drug therapy.
