Approach at heart rhythm disorder
Atrial fibrillation and flutter. Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter (AF) are the most common arrhythmias. Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, disorders of the pumping function of the heart, the occurrence and/or progression of heart failure (HF), stroke, and other complications are associated with their appearance. At the same time, the mortality rate for AF is 2 times higher than with sinus rhythm. In the diagnosis of AF, HRV technology is promising.
