9. Regulation in the disease
Inheritance of acute drug reactions in long-term therapy
For the majority of drugs, the responses of HRV indices established in the acute pharmacological test are inherited when they are assigned to patients.
This makes it possible to predict the results of the effect of the therapy on regulation and, thus, plan the methods for its optimization.
Moreover, the pattern is preserved not only to one drug with monotherapy but also with the expansion of therapy with the addition of the prescribed drug with others.
At the same time, with each subsequent in the prescription of a drug, OFP should be carried out against the background of the drugs already prescribed.
This makes it possible to formulate the most optimal drug combinations for the patient, which in the end will improve the quality of therapy and achieve its best results.
