The balance of regulation

The balance of humoral and nerve vegetative, sympathetic and parasympathetic, links, or, in terms of HRV, is slow, medium and fast regulation. It is estimated by the ratios of the power capacities of the corresponding ranges (domains) of the frequency spectrum, regardless of their evaluation.
If the regulation power exceeds the norm or even is normal, the current slow regulation generates or intensifies the onset of the previously protracted hyperreactive stress with the correct stable or amplified alterative phases and reactions. The middle link prevails, the results are the same, but with a stronger wave, “swinging” over. Mostly quick – chances for some stability. But you still need to keep track of the situation. The prevalence of this, as well as the balance in the branches of regulation, is precarious. “Any surprises” are possible at any moment.
In the fall of the total regulation power, as a rule, the first violin is played by the reduction of the power of its fast (high-frequency) link. Accompanying the decreasing total power of regulation by the redistributed processes in its domains in favor of the slow (low-frequency) or medium (mid-frequency) link is the same as its more profound decrease or if you walk, degeneration. All said about low regulation necessary to multiply several times. The growth of the fast component has a stabilizing effect. But with the further decrease in the overall regulation power, the price of these effects is less and less.
