9. Regulation in the disease
The physiologity of regulation reactions
The physiologity of regulation reactions is evaluated in functional and pharmacological tests by the degree of deviation the regulation indicators from the values of the basal state.
When working with a specific patient, it is necessary to select tests that, in aggregate, contribute to a complete diagnosis of the features of regulation and its links important for the disease.
The physiologity of the reactions is an essential characteristic of the general state of regulation.
If they (these reactions) in a typical field, meet the norms of a healthy person, in any case, regardless of the general condition of the patient and the manifestations of the disease, is already good.
More often we meet, however, with their violations.
According to the degree of deviation these parameters from the basal level, three types of disorders can be distinguished: hyperreactive, hyporeactive and pathological.
Hyperreactive exceed physiological, hyporeactive lower than physiological and pathological in the direction of changes do not correspond to physiological.
As for hyper- and hyporeactive reactions, it is necessary to assess the degree of their exceeding or not reaching physiological ones.
Pathological require detailed description and research.
A more straightforward case is pathological reactions to a specific test, and more severe ones are pathological in principle.
The study of the physiological nature of reactions is not only a determination of the degree and quality of their deviations from standards but also a search for measures that contribute to their normalization.
These found activities should use in the construction and implementation of a patient management strategy.
